HYGEL® AND HYGUM® FOR CAKE GLAZE

Glazes are used for covering cakes and tarts. They give a fresh appearance to the cakes and especially prevent the cake from dehydration and keep the fruits fresh. HYGEL® or HYGUM® are easy to handle gelling agents for competitive products with high quality standard.

Depending on your process parameters and considering the legislation in your country, we will suggest the stabilizer which meets your requirements in texture, mouth feeling and processing.
