BF-SERIES FOR BEER FINING

One basic problem in beer production under many various aspects is the content of the protein in the wort and in the beer itself.

More often, due to technological or technical reasons some very undesired nitrogen fractions will be found in beer which may reduce shelf life. The use of HYGEL® or HYGUM® is a reasonable way to diminish this problem. This products are available in powder or tablet form.
